The team
Former tourism professional and consultant, for the past 15 years through my path of life and personal development, I have pursued my passion for embodiment and intimacy through touch.
I have been offering individual and group journeys where form meets the ineffable, combining my love of the feminine, cultivating integrity and freedom to be.
During my workshops, I offer applied wisdom, adopting a dynamic approach based on experience. This is particularly true for the themes which seem to be my contribution : feminine & masculine, men & women, body, touch & intimacy.
My experience spans a lifetime of learning, practicing and teaching Hatha, Ashtanga, Raja, Bhakti and Tantra Yoga, Tibetan Buddhist and Kashmiri Shaivist Tantra, Kundalini Tantra Yoga, Chakra Sadhana and Kriya Yoga.
I hold certifications as a Tantra Massage Therapist, Breathwork Facilitator, Death Doula and Grof Psychedelic Therapy Assistant.
For more than twenty years, I ran my own Yoga and Tantra retreat centre on an island near Vancouver (Canada), produced, organized and led many dozens of retreats on this land.
My passion is transmitting the Tantric, Yogic and healing lineages (breath work and psychedelic therapies) i have been granted in ways which are comfortable, accessible and attractive to others.

I support seekers to develop emotional intelligence skills, build connections between intellect and intuition to embody wholeness and rise on the path to higher consciousness.

I am a french doctor, with 10 years of experience living in conscious communities.
I practice holistic medicine and integrative coaching, with the intention to find flow and purpose.
I offer workshops, hold men’s groups and coach couples towards deeper intimacy.
I teach at a Tantra and integral school called Awaken as Love, where meditation and shadow work help people unleash their potential.
I am a leader in training at the mankind project, a movement that empowers men towards their mission of service. I believe in the power of leading by example and creating communities that are an inspiration for growth and sustainability.
